    Firstly, kudos to Fresh Air Junkie, Where I live a parcel can be posted and arrive in a few days, or it can take nearly two weeks to arrive, so updates from Fresh Air Junkie and a tracking number made the whole experience stress free.

    As for the product ?
    Firstly it wouldn't **** together, I eventually found that the filter piece hadn't been fitted properly but once pressed into place everything was good.
    One piece of advice I would give is to weigh the packets of carbon before opening. Having done this you now know the weight and can buy carbon in bulk along with some mylar bags and make up your own packets

    As of yet I haven't tested on it on any really bad tasting water, so can't comment on that aspect
