Jacket ordered and arrived only a couple of days later. Really pleased with the jacket.

Had the wrong sized item delivered, contacted Fresh Air Junkie immediately , and I’m still waiting for them to even acknowledge my (two) emails a fortnight later. I have triple checked the admin email address. Really terrible customer service.
