Delivery & Returns
At freshairjunkie we understand that when you order a product you want it to arrive as soon as possible and with the minimum of fuss, so when an order is received by us we promise to dispatch it within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be packed on the day and dispatched on the following Monday.
To cut costs for our customers, we dispatch all items via Royal Mail's 2nd Class service. The estimated delivery time for 2nd Class is delivery by the 3rd working day after posting. Whilst Royal Mail state that most items will be delivered within these time frames it can occasionally take up to 15 days. Unfortunately once the items are with Royal Mail we lose any influence and control over their delivery.
We ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If for some reason you have not received your product within a reasonable length of time then please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com so we can look into it for you.
If you require a purchased item to arrive quickly we recommend you choose our next day before 1pm delivery service.
All international shipments will be sent via Royal Mail Air Mail.
At freshairjunkie, customer satisfaction is paramount. That is why any item received which is deemed to be faulty or damaged, will be replaced or refunded without hesitation. Please contact us before you decide to return an item as some problems can be resolved without the need to return the item. All items must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
If the product is faulty or damaged then a replacement will be shipped the same day, or a refund given upon the safe return of the original item. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us that you wish to return the goods and we will send you a returns form.

If your goods are no longer wanted, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund. The goods need to be unopened and with all their original packaging. The only cost you will incurr is the return shipping.
On the chance you order the wrong product, we will happily exchange the product for the correct item, charging or refunding the difference where appropriate. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt should you wish to do this.
Please note that in some cases you may incur additional shipping charges.
Distance Selling Regulations
You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through our website under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalised or made to your specification.
To cancel any item, you can e-mail, or write to us quoting your customer number and order number. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. Items may be returned to our Customer Service department, or to our Banbury store. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods.
Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund for the item, within thirty days of your notice to cancel.
