Ordered the new Vango F10 Nexus UL2 tent from them, delivered 3 days later as scheduled. Upon pitching the tent it became apparent that there was a problem with one of the main guy lines being too short so much so that it didn't reach the ground when fully extended. I emailed there customer service team, after hours, attaching photos showing the issue. I received a reply from Simon the business owner the morning after apologising for the issue and he assured me that he would contact Vango to get it sorted out. The following day I received an update from Simon to confirm that Vango would be sending me a replacement asap, once again apologising for the issue. Two days later the replacement arrived from Vango as promised, a minor issue out of their control but still given great customer service and communication throughout. Well done 👏
