The Freshair team supplied me a replacement F10 on a deal only costing £9 more than I paid 15 years ago and now an upgraded model that looks sturdier/likely to last equally long. I still love and will continue to use my old F10 even with all the running repairs and re-proofing. Freshair's on-line process for the purchase was top notch - well done.
