I chose this Solo Windmaster after much researching reviews etc having always had good reviews. One main point was because it had four arms rather than with many of the cookers that have three (You can get this cooker with the tri mount arm instead if you want to save weight but, its just a few grams difference). This is because I found with my current cooker you had to place my mess tin carefully to avoid it wobbling and risk falling off. The Solo Windmaster with the 4 flex no longer gives me that issue. Also it heats up so much quicker and far less affected by the wind than my current cooker. I even found that while it was taller than my old cooker this windmaster folds up smaller due to its design so, that was a bonus for me packing it up in my motorcycle bag. I highly recommend this if you want a compact wind resistant and well made cooker. There are cheaper good cookers out there but ultimately the four arm option along with the build quality on this Windmaster made it worth the extra cost for me.
I'd actually ordered this headtorch from a well known outdoor company but they cancelled my order, it had sold out.
I'm glad it did as after some research I found Fresh Air Junkie who had it in stock and had it as a deal with the lantern at a great price.
Very impressed with the speed of delivery too.
I love the head torch, it's very bright and I think the lantern/ carry case is brilliant idea to turn it from head torch to tent light.
I definitely recommend Fresh Air Junkie.
Very good head lamp with good range of different levels of brightness, lamp fits very well and is comfortable to wear, not tested over extended time to assess battery life, but appears to last well so far. Purchase from fresh air junkie was excellent and was the best price I had found for these headlamps, would definitely use again
It’s a headtorch. Not much else to say other than very good price and fast delivery.
