This 100% waterproof, windproof & breathable mid-length sock is a real lifesaver in cold weather conditions. The inner Merino Wool lining offers insulation and temperature control, making Sealskinz Starston the perfect companion on wet hikes, stream crossings and muddy trails, whatever the weather. Sealskinz have their limitations. As long as you know what they are……

Properly waterproof, but absolutely not for all day, every day, long distance walking. These were used on the Skye Trail when feet got VERY wet and there was nothing for it but to wear these for some respite (wet feet get soft and blister far more easily).
Feel mildly peculiar to wear, breathability isn’t a great strength, nor really is comfort. Better for more static use like grouse shooting or watching sport in the open air in muddy fields

Lightweight, super comfortable and with plenty of space for everything you need for shorter/summer ultras and longer training runs. The pocket at the bottom is perfect for storing a lightweight waterproof jacket allowing for easy access without the requirement to remove the whole bag. Only minimal storage in top pocket so not so good for longer events or those requiring more kit but overall a great product at a really reasonable price!

Excellent service,del'd on time,would use again.
Not tried the gloves out yet,ordered a large size and the fit is OK there is just a little bit of space between the ends of my fingers and the tip of the glove.- but hey we all are different so not complaining.They look good quality,as a winter climber though I would like the option to hang my gloves off the harness so the snow and rain doesn't get in.A small point I know but more climbers would possible consider the glove if that option was available.
