Properly waterproof, but absolutely not for all day, every day, long distance walking. These were used on the Skye Trail when feet got VERY wet and there was nothing for it but to wear these for some respite (wet feet get soft and blister far more easily).
Feel mildly peculiar to wear, breathability isn’t a great strength, nor really is comfort. Better for more static use like grouse shooting or watching sport in the open air in muddy fields
I've had a couple of pairs of Paradox gloves and really liked them, but these are the first I've tried with a waterproof membrane. I'm pleased to say they are just as good. I suffer with cold hands, but these gloves are amazingly warm, especially considering their light weight and packability. They definitely cover me for three seasons but I would want a liner glove (or simply something heavier) for full on winter conditions. And the price (and service) from Freshair Junkie was excellent.
Needed a small first aid kit and find this is perfect. Small light with everything you need. Good price and speedy delivery. Well pleased.
Have had two pairs and one is wearing out after several years, ao am replacing,
Despite some reviews showing concerns about customer service, this order was right first time and delivered as expected, so didn't need to contact them.
does exactly what I want it to do in coping with wet muddy conditions
