Properly waterproof, but absolutely not for all day, every day, long distance walking. These were used on the Skye Trail when feet got VERY wet and there was nothing for it but to wear these for some respite (wet feet get soft and blister far more easily).
Feel mildly peculiar to wear, breathability isn’t a great strength, nor really is comfort. Better for more static use like grouse shooting or watching sport in the open air in muddy fields
Light but strong. Easy to deploy .Good price and on time delivery
Purchased this to replace my old no.4 which was worn and the markings difficult to read. The markings on this version are a lot clearer, and the offer price was very good; so was delivery, very pleased overall, thank you.
Yes, you can buy cheaper (I have..) but to my mind, the Jetboil Flash is unrivalled for quality, design and functionality. The latest version with revised Piezo ignition is just superb. For boiling water for dehydrated meals drinks etc, or heating boil-in-the-bag meals, this is as good as it gets. Take my advice, spend a bit more and get a proper Jetboil; I very much doubt you'll regret it.
Great service, delivery and packaging. Sleeping bag looks and feels great, rolls up small. Not tried it yet so can’t comment on performance. Looks very promising though 🤞
The best value expedition 4 I've found in a long time. Got one for my daughter who is just learning navigating and a spare for me,a MR team member
